Re: Conquest without income - Best of both worlds

It's easy to rationalize and defend destruction because one enjoys it... but clearly a game that is actually about attacking and not camping has the higher skill ceiling and is where you want people to strive to get to, as it is a more dynamic and interesting game rather than the slower paced destr...

the same as "i" in "pink"

The one with ~ over it on the last word is read like "y" in "young" though.

Re: West-Germany (or hoping without hope)

What's more important with the Roland is the reload time. IRL, the reload is 10 seconds. In game, it's also 10 seconds. But systems with way longer reload times IRL get to reload significantly faster IG, comparatively speaking. Reload time of the Roland should be reduce to 3-5 seconds max. This. mo...

Re: West-Germany (or hoping without hope)

-snip- As I said, their burst damage in HE is probably the only thing they have going for them. In the end I still prefer some squads of Chasseur/Dutch shock infantry/Danish shock infantry (depending on the coalition) plus Keiler. Re: West-Germany (or hoping without hope)

The trick is the same, use more than 1 And what would that change in regard to squad size and their rather lackluster weapons (SMGs + base CG)? If you spam several of them, their HE will obviously do some work. But in comparison to other unit combinations in decks with German participation, I find ...

Re: West-Germany (or hoping without hope)

Sure, combined with Marder 1s they are a pretty cheap combo and for that exact reason I have played them for a while to test them out. But their main downsides are that they die way quicker and do less damage than regular 10-man squads. Even when you consider the HE value on the CG. The trick is sa...

The fact that tiberium twilight did it is already proof that people don't learn.
