Slight mistake in the terrain types over the edges of the bridges. This should be fixed in the coming patches (stay tuned).

For those worrying about the size of the map, it's actually slightly bigger than Asgard, which with our own grid is 5*3=15 tiles. This one is 4*4=16 tiles, like Floods, in total surface (edge to edge). ;)

A lot more!

One week roughly is just for the visual, level building phase. You also got level design, testing, releasing... It adds up pretty fast.

Don't expect the bridges above the highway to get upgraded to road status, unfortunately... Since the tech doesn't allow for the AI to make the difference in altitutde in the road network, even by patching them like we are going to do with the one that glitches on the reinforcement point, that would...

Interesting to note that the map total area has been multiplied by almost 2 (16 tiles instead of 9 in ALB if I remember correctly). It's the same size as Floods, with spawns located even more on the sides than the latter, to give an idea. It's our biggest size available used to its maximum.

I don't know who birdie is, but AoA is a different kind of game with different scales and uses a modified tech of what was used on wargame. It would not work well for wargame. It's mostly a question of workflow. We simply do not work at the same level of details. It's still the same engine, just wit...

How long does it usually take you guys to make a map? Initial level design phase will be reduced since the map design already exists for those, but will take a bit of time to formalize. For one builder, between 3 days and one week+ usually, baring unexpected issues, or required reworks or QA issues...

We have already reduced the side of several buildings on our version. THIS, is exactly what I didn't want to read. I loved the realistic big size of beta buildings :evil: Refineries were 6x6 tiles, now 5x5. They keep all their defining visual elements. It should be similar for most reduced buildings.

It was when the gameplay concerning boats eventually got fleshed out. That's why we tried to keep most maps working with layouts for boats, even if they are just land maps for now.
