An ATGM would only really be effective against a hovering chopper.

The most recent April Fools had Leo 2A5 and T-90A and Apache and Mi-35 Hinds going out at it. [ATGMs were quite, ehmm spammed against everything!]

And if I remember a while back there was something about RL anti-helo operations with tanks.

The korean people's imported Russian Made 9M333's they were then modernized with appropriated or hacked together technologies:

This is the production company for the DPRK(it is russian made,) the accuracy should be 60%(plus 10 if modernized variant (1993)) and stabilizer 10-20%(+5 if modernized(1993))

*I also don't know what the system is called in wargame, I just know what they use today :) I was just using short hand for the AA needs consideration, though I guess we have shit tanks...
