[Linux] Fullscreen doesn't cover entire monitor

Postby xaxazak » Sat 4 Mar 2017 01:09

Bug first posted on Steam forums (http://steamcommunity.com/app/251060/di ... 1488577152). This is a copy-paste.

Steam screenshots are disabled, it seems, so here's an OS screenshot:
http://pasteboard.co/ENs7992zO.png

The whole right area (including black border) is my 2nd monitor. It's 2560x1440.
Also: Mouse cursor Y coordinate follows monitor res instead of displayed content.

OS: Xubuntu 16.10 (kernel: 4.10).
GPU: Radeon RX 480 (driver: mesa 17.1).
Monitors:
  • 1920x1200: Dell U2410
  • 2560x1440: Qnix QX2710LED

(Also: the forum formatting [List=] button doesn't work. {List} (With square brackets) does, though).

Please mail to eugsupport@eugen.fr

@forum formatting: You are right, the ordered list (indicated by list=) requires a parameter. However, when hovering over the button for a moment, a tooltip is supposed to appear and provide an example of the parameter.

Emailed on 11th. No reply as yet.

It'd be nice if I could get an official response soon as I'm almost through my Steam auto-refund time-limit.

Hi. Is anyone reading this?
Can you please confirm this is the correct email.
Thanks.

Is that definitely the correct email?

Yes, the email is correct. A response could have been marked as spam by your provider and not be delivered to your inbox (that happened to some beta invites sent by Eugen). I'd suggest to resend the email from a different email/other provider, just in case..

Anyway, unless the problem is really easy to fix, I unfortunately do not see a fix going to happen anytime soon, especially considering that's the first and only time this was reported. <- That's in no way an official statement though, I'm just some dude with an opinion who happens to be a mod on this forum.
