Generally autoloaders in game have lower maximum RoF but sustain that RoF under morale stress, so yes, no loss due to panic.

Unfortunately, since the grom couldn't hit a barn wall while calm, your 7RPM might as well be 0RPM because the hit chance will be so low.

Most autoloaded Redfor tanks suffer a strange lack of accuracy compared to their Blufor counterparts, due to the gunner being under the influence of strong Polish spirits at the time of going into battle.

I thought the VTS1 Marder had an autoloader IRL?

It does, but it's basically a claw that picks up the round out of the hull and then chases the gun on its pillar around to its current position and loads the round. Hense 6 RPM

Yeah books :) In storage on a farm about 40 km away.

That's fine, but it doesn't have the autoloader stat in game, so it loses the ROF advantage under morale damage.

I know very little about the German version. In theory it would have had an autoloader like that planned for the Swedish version, but it might well have been manual.

This is the original Swedish Beastie, while the German version was a poor little brother. I'm not sure if it ever had an autoloader or if it was entirely a mockup.

This one might have been fully functional, but the autoloader was in the rear hull so how is a reasonable question.

There was a Soviet concept tank that also had a similar principle of a very small gun mount with shells reloaded by an external mechanism from the hull.

I have no idea how it functioned so I am quite interested in this.

I've not seen the Soviet one. The other German design was a casement gunned tank destroyer with 2x 120 mm guns. It made it to two prototypes so I'm not sure why it isn't in the game.

Since there is a possibility of no more DLC (Eugen is still unsure what to do last I heard), could this thread be updated by someone smarter than myself to include the new nations?
