This is probably the closest the Wehrmact is going to get to a Sturmtiger, either with a man pushed sIG 33 or on a Bison/Grille.

I see claims of them being used by Sturmpanzer-Abteilung 217 from early July to mid August near Caen where part of it failed to escape the Falaise pocket but I don't have anything to check up on that at the moment.
