Identifying unit effects

There is this rather annoying thing about the game at the moment where infantry that recieves much more damage while moving than stationary. I wonder if anyone has identified where this effect is located in the mod files. Part of my problem is that my french isn't very good so some of the names are a bit cryptic.

My best guess so far is that the infantry moving damage is related to Capacite_Infanterie_Retranchee that has the UnitEffect_Infanterie_bonus_defense effect. It grants a hefty defensive bonus (cuts damage by half and moves the unit into a higher damage resistance class). I'm not sure though and google translate tells me that retranchée means release, in which case it is more likely that this is some sort of unload invulnerability, but I don't know. So, is it possible that the word retranchée would be used to descibe infantry while stationary?

Other than that, the pickings are slim unless I'm missing something entirely. There's 15, 30, and 45% damage reduction modifiers but those are only used by experience levels, what I can see. Then there's the autoprotection that is applied to pinned and retreating units. I cannot find an obvious moving/stationary effect.
