Maybe with more income, you'd be able to buy artillery of your own to fight their rocket artillery. Sure it's annoying, but the napalm doesn't do jack to anything but infantry. And if your opponent is spamming MLRS it means he's pretty much got nothing else, so you can easily just roll over him with...

This is it. Count the seconds between each shot. 6. If the editor had cut the video after the second shot we would have reached a silly '2 shots in 7 seconds = ~17 rpm', while we all know that wouldn't really be very correct. 3 Rounds in 13 seconds equal 6 seconds reload time, not 4.3, you have to ...
