Re: Need a bit of help on map modding

I looked at some of the zones such as Alpha, Foxtrot and November and wondered if the triangle theory could still hold up. http://aoa.eugensystems.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Battle-of-Yuchalnok-Pass-1024x576.png No, you are right. Most of the area borders are clearly set to already defined terr...

Re: What is your Wargame New Years Resolution

To stop playing PACT vs prestacked Scandimurrica teams till the game is balanced. To stop playing period, until the game is balanced, which I no longer believe will ever happen. 9 months of wanting to love this game, and following every uttering from the devs to see if finally was improving, that's...

Re: MD 5000 AGS-17 cost.

RedF AGS-17 has smaller AoE (24,5 m) than the larger caliber BlueF one (28 m). So the MD-500 is more precise as a sniper, in addition to being better at flying indoors. This is very valuable for those who micro well I imagine.

Re: BK90 Mjölner.

Preset.

It ought to be be modeled as a slow moving, unguided long range AP rocket in-game.

Re: Armor vs AP adjustment?

Good armour is still important if you have it. The issue as I see it is pricing; great AP and accuracy doesn't cost a whole lot (55% Accuracy and 17 AP for 60 points) but increase in armour values cost an arm and a leg (T-72A, T-72Ms, Chieftains etc) even though their 11-14 AVs give scant protection...

Re: M113 transport options for Denmark?

The newest BKAN is entirely capable of deploying smoke effectively, as it is a 10 sec arty piece abd it's RoF is among the best. The AMOS is absurdly out of timeframe. The M/95 has very little carrying capacity, not to mention that our special forces aren't the ones in need of a fast transport, as ...

Re: Some questions about the USSR armour/vehicle section

I can't find a use for the BMP-685 but the Zhalo and even more the Norov are great as counters to newly supercharged Leo1s, low AP is no issue there!

Re: M113 transport options for Denmark?

Denmark really is getting a raw deal here. Aircraft line-up is not much to complain about since rotten selections and loadouts are more common than good ones across all factions, but lack of transport and no CQC MG3 for 20p shock infantry is brutal. I'd like to see a reason the Eagel couldn't be ass...

Re: M113 transport options for Denmark?

Eagel (Spejdervogn) as transport option for special forces?

No less cramped than Deltas riding in the trunk of the V-150.
