I believe the game quality would not change much. The current server has enough power and bandwidth to do the task well beyond the real needs, the only downside is it can't be online 24/7. Still, the option for this is "sort of" open, I just don't see enough reason to pay for it or do muc...

The learning curve of the WG is very long and hard. The only way is lots of practice. If you just see lots of game on YT is not helpful. Use the replay function following every match. It helps a lot. You can learn about how large risk can be taken and also you can learn that not is everything defend...
