Just pretend it says Force Recon on the label. You can even edit the localization with the mod tools and make it actually say that.

I wouldn't want SF capability removed from Marine decks just because of nitpicking.

There are mod tools?!?!?! Where???? Send me link please!

Re: US Marines using CH-47

You can do it by yourself by not taking them in ... So you're removing 1 unit that doesn't belong to the USMC but not the other one? Makes no sense to me, does it anyone else? The US Army would be very ashamed to see a spectacular unit that the Army created put under USMC. I would have thought the ...

Re: US Marines using CH-47

CH-46's will also hopefully be prone to random oil leaks and minor malfunctions midflight while full of Marines, but they wont appear as messages due to the pilot just not giving a :P The US Army would be very ashamed to see a spectacular unit that the Army created put under USMC. I really doubt it...

Re: Leaping from helicopter into water+RD

SF wouldn't be used in a regimental meeting engagement, they'd be 200 kilometers inland with atomic demolition charges or something. They should be replaced by normal infantry with long range surveillance binoculars and laser rangefinders on tripods and normal infantry with shotguns. But that won't...

Re: Navy Decks? Why not Air Decks?

+1 then, Only if they limit AA systems or the game would just turn into a ground based game again. It would be up to them to find a balance, if that is what it took then sure. We just need a different system. Personally jets should augment unless a deck depends on them to survive. I also think they...

Re: Leaping from helicopter into water+RD

SF really shouldn't be in the game in the first place. Agree with you to a very certain point. I think they should be in the game to capture strategic places, for example a building next to a spawn so it stops all reinforcements, or small hit and run operations; killing a number of enemy infantry o...

Re: Navy Decks? Why not Air Decks?

So let me ask if I understood this, Navy decks get a lot of ships and airplanes; good idea but might encourage plane spammers. Armored get's more armor but less planes; good idea to a certain point. Basic decks get little air force; bad idea because it's about combined arms. Air decks get more air ...
