Re: How to improve naval combat?

My two cents as someone who used to play naval combat extensively until a little after the release and then stopped completely: What I loved to do when playing BlueFor is put those little boats with good CIWS just behind an island, lined up at the very edge. My missile ships would then fire at the e...

Re: Units that you feel bad about using (old ALB thread)

Honestly, when I am doing well with it, the Caesar. I'm not gonna post em, but I got a kill list 4 screenshots long with one of them. brutal. The other unit is Spetznaz. They are just to easy to use. Enemy has a blob of inf? Throw two units of spetznaz at them without bothering to micro properly, st...

I think the equal signs (" = ") are just padding in base64. Have you seen any deck codes with more than 2 equal signs at the end?

Re: Deck Codes explained

Once you decode it, the two first bytes tell you which nation/coalition and which specialization the deck has. Yeah this is the conclusion I came to as well. Guess I'll map that shit one by one. What I came up with is that the first byte is the faction, second byte is theme and third byte is era. H...

Re: Deck Codes explained

Oh, the codes are the same as the deck export codes:

Basically I was hoping someone could tell me how to figure out the nationality and theme from this.

Deck Codes explained

Hey everybody,
I was recently going through my server files, and I wanted to see how many different kinds of decks are being used. I saw that the deck strings are saved in the log, and I was wondering if someone could explain to me how to read the Deck Nationality and Theme.

Re: Gifting Units

Well if you are afraid of that, you could set it that only units you were "gifted" can be given away. Perhaps adding supply units as well.

Gifting Units

I don't know about you guys, but when I play 10v10, I hate the leaving cascade. One guy leaves, next guy gets his units, then that guy leaves and it continues. Suddenly you end up with units in 4 different areas. Therefore I was wondering if it was possible to give players the ability to "gift ...
