OK, back to the Intel 4000, try to update your Intel drivers and mesa, it might fix your problem. Otherwise I can't do much about this but fill a bug report in Intel's bug tracker, as the problem is clearly in their Linux drivers.

Try to run vcredist_x86.exe or vcredist_x64.exe (x86 for 32 Bit OS, x64 for 64 Bits OS) located in the Wargame game folder \_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012\ manually. msvcp110.dll should be present in your Windows\System32 directory, otherwise there was a problem during the installation of the Redistrib...

Arch Linux has not been tested, so the game might not work with your configuration. The game crashes in the Intel drivers, so the issue might be on their end. If you havent already set the graphic settings to "Very Low". Also could you run : grep -i memory /var/log/Xorg.0.log lspci -v -s $...

Re: Mac Video Issues
There is a bug in the video memory detection for GPU with more than 3GB on MAC, this should be fixed in the next patch.
Meanwhile you can solve your issue by setting MaxVideoMemory = 4096 in your option.ini file (located in home folder/Library/Application Support/Eugen/Wargame3/Saved Games/)
