When helicopters are sent to a FOB for repair and resupply sometimes they stop repairing at 1 less than their maximum HP. Might be an issue with shift move commands, needs to be tested some more but I've noticed it happening.

Update: Game is working after running MemTest and deleting all files and reinstalling. Thread can be closed.
