Re: Regarding wheeled IFVS

raise of hands, who would take BTR-80A or BTR-90 over Warrior 90, Marder 1, TH-495, STRF9040/CV9030, Bradleys/LVTP-7A1, Hachi-kyu, KAFV 40/50, or the wide assortment of helicopters that are leagues ahead of the Mi-4/Mi-8T? seriously, BTR-80A isnt worth it for USSR or NK, for the former you have muc...

Re: Regarding wheeled IFVS

Yeah. Only allowing REDFOR to have decently armoured wheeled IFVs with deadly firepower. Probably because the game developers have no interest in reality - just a skewed perverted speculative opinion to support their own agenda on current military hardware i.e. Russian sympathizers, or probably anti...

Re: my wheeled IFV thread

My point was taken the wrong way by many and it had turned into a red v blue argument. My point was simply: Since the REDs get the WZ551 and BTR-90 / 80A (both superior to the LAV-25) why don't the Commonwealth nations of Australia and Canada get their auto cannon variants of the LAV, I.e. ASLAV-25 ...

Regarding wheeled IFVS

The USSR / REDFOR get the BTR-90, BTR-80A and WZ-551. All are fast, mobile, flexible wheeled IFVs with the same firepower as tracked IFVs. What do the BLUFOR / USA get? The BTR-80A can carry 7 infantry + 3 crew. But in game carries 15 infantry + 3 crew? The BTR-90 can carry 7 infantry + 3 crew, and ...

Re: Why are there non-USSR units in the USSR faction

So the USSR is the Union of Socialist Republics, or the Soviet Union. We all know how well they ended up in 1991 which leads to the question - Why are their post-Soviet Union units in game given to the USSR faction? Why do they have the T-72BU (T-90) which entered production in 1993, or the KA-52 w...

Why is there no B-2, B-1, or B-52 bombers?

The USSR, or REDFOR has every real life unit in game. Even highly experimental ones likes the IL-102 Seems only fair that the US, or BLUFOR isn't left out with its units that WERENT prototype in the Wargame RD era.

Re: Unfair reductions of range favouring the Russians

No. Here is a bunch of tryhards passing the back. THE MI-28 HAVOC, AND AH-64 APACHE HAVE DIFFERENT RANGES IN REAL LIFE. Why are they the same in game? Considering they cost the same though the Mi-28 is faster, and has better anti-infantry weapons so it's obviously not balancing.
