I can't understand why 'HEAT' have minimum damage at least 1. If you shoot enough even old RPGs onto modern armor, you'll make a hole at some point. That's kinda how armor and heat rounds work. depending on how flexible you are with the gametype, it doesn't take long to get a game running during peak times

currently it's most alive approximately during 19:00-23:30 CET

When helicopters are sent to a FOB for repair and resupply sometimes they stop repairing at 1 less than their maximum HP. Might be an issue with shift move commands, needs to be tested some more but I've noticed it happening. Probably has something to do with how infantry, when being "repaired...

The reason why they had to be all-mechanized was that we couldn't technically model crewed guns movement and deployment in a satisfactory manner.
