Basic Tunguska deserve at best is -5pt price buff. Maybe +5% acc on its rockets, dunno. Not sure about it.

They don't need heavy re-rolls, especially ones like HEAT grenades. At max, give them LAW instead of MG leaving granade launcher the only anti-infantry weapon.
