I have been trying to figure that out aswell, recently. I think what you really need to focus on is th main node offset. Althought then we need to know the structure the the nodes, read them. As I said, Naval Bravo was mine, including deployment phase (that was my only zone), Alpha was always neutral, on deployment too. You lost your bet :)
