The only thing the dice system does is make finding your odds harder. If you want less randomness you can just directly adjust the hit chances.

Tank rushes are reliably beatable even if they surprise you because of how strong infantry is. So I don't have a problem with those. You pay for not only extra ammo but extra fire rate and salvo length. With the long aim time of 10he, you lose that benefit if you switch targets, and firing more than 2 against a jeep is overkill, but maybe you're willing to pay extra if you're shooting an enemy that isn't guaranteed to move after ...

Extra rounds gotta count for something. Like 5 to 10 points more. There's no data to support that claim. Alternatively, how many points do you think is 170 supplies are worth? What are you asking exactly? If you want to know how to measure the distance between two points on a plane, that has nothing to do with Wargame. If you want to know how to translate optics and camo values to distances, nobody has the formulas.
