Re: PACT 2.8KM Launchers MUST BE REDUCED to 2.6k
Well, don't you generally see where these 2.8km launchers are located? Can you not then smoke the area and destroy them up close? Knowing that smoke means an attack and being able to fend off that attack are two entirely different things. You could just smoke the middle of the open ground to get you...

Re: WALB - Battle of Minds
" There are five dangerous faults which may affect a general: (1) Recklessness, which leads to destruction; (2) cowardice, which leads to capture; (3) a hasty temper, which can be provoked by insults; (4) a delicacy of honor which is sensitive to shame; (5) over-solicitude for his men, which e...

Re: Danish Deck Pro/Con
@ Lonerifle: I think i'll try out that mech deck, especially those scout tanks considering both of your comments :P I've never made a MANPAD cloud around my mechanized systems, but that is a rather good idea that i should try out. I think there is a lot of potential with a Danish deck, considering t...

Danish Deck Pro/Con
Hi there, I haven't deeply considered the topic, but wish to make a foray into it anyways after having recently played as the "modern" Danes a couple of times. One time to my success and the other to my relative humiliation (Me, forgetting there is smoke unlike in WEE). What i want to find...

Re: Play tips for a lacking general.
For me, the word "defensive" goes against the entire concept of the game. This particular word, in its most basic understanding, seems to imply "static" or at least severely handicapped mobility wise. This you demonstrate when you mention your reliance on ATGM units to hold your ...

I'm not quite sure why you're so negative on the T64. What about them is cost-inefficient?

3 comments: First, i don't see why you're bringing a FOB when you have mi26, urals, and ti813. With games being the scale you're talking about you will literally never run out of supply from the single FOB or continuously sending in new supply units. Second, I would highly recommend the T64 line as ...

Re: BNC environments
I would be for limited forms of chemical weapons, specifically the use of phosphorus munitions in artillery bombardments or in aerial bombing missions (in addition to Napalm). Limited use of sarin or soman in the campaign could be interesting as well. The phosphorus shelling i think would add a new ...

Re: Helis Carrying Ground Vehicles
Yeah it would be great for deep penetration spec ops to get a light vehicle dropped with them so they can reach their targets more efficiently, as they do in real life in many cases where distances to objectives require motorized transport. It would probably be prohibitively expensive to do massive ...
