Is there a TIME RANGE and DAY (of the week) when you'd have enough people searching ranked to have most decent chance of matching with low ranked players? My guess would be Saturday through Tuesday afternoons (in the USA). After midnight players are the hardcore ones, barely any noobs, and much few...

I'm glad this game gives me a variety of game mode experiences: 10v10s to 1v1s; destruction or conquest; multiplayer or skirmish versus AI. Doesn't the 'Players online' number include people playing versus AI in Skirmish? Or Private game lobbies? Doesn't 'players online' include everyone who has logged in and not yet logged out? I agree with the need for new maps. Red Dragon players often seem to specialize on a few maps for hundreds of games...newer 'random' players don't have the slightest chance afterwards. It's getting too specialized out here. Shake up these games, bring new life into them, challenge the long-time rout...

Recently I played a 10v10 paddy field, one side was completely empty so obviously the enemy immediately got it. 15 minutes later I asked why from the 4 people (mb 7-8 players in total went to the frontlines, rest were air/arty) were camping on the opposite side of the map nobody went the other side...
