I can't really say where are the files you're looking for as it's not my area of knowledge about modding SD, but it's surely not in WeaponDescriptor.ndf. Same here, the old bug with the .base file is back and really annoying this time as there aren't any ways to bypass it.

Please do something, it's currently impossible to update our mods.

Too bad we cannot create new critical effects. Damage over time would be really interesting for the Internal Fire one, especially if combined with a random duration.

As the Aces from the deluxe edition are considered paying DLC content, and with the policy Eugen has taken to no open DLC to be moddable, they actually removed them from the files. They're here but no one can mod them.

Check that all the packs references in the Divisions.ndf are also referenced in DeckSerializer.ndf.

The game crashes if you try to save the composition of a division with a unit not referenced in DeckSerializer.ndf.
