Dunno about artillery, but IMO, more options -> better games. I'd like to see more options too, but prefer more UI options than balance. For example, more customizable hotkeys. What I miss the most is hotkey places on map. (Now you can hotkey units by Ctrl-Num. Adding hotkey to some place on the map...

I take a shame and blame but I think I'm done with team games. Concentrating on random ranked 1v1's for now. But perhaps some other PLF guy form a team for this event.

Played this map couple of times at ranked and it feels a bit unbalanced. Player who starts from red side can take four sectors without a fight and therefore got advantage over guy who starts from blue side. Perhaps moving Echo nearer to center area could help. Changing Delta so that it starts after ...
