It is possible that enemy does not use radar AA. There is several quite good aa pieces of such, not even mention manpads. What is other possibility that enemy is switching off their radar AA, if radar weapon is inactive it cant be targeted by SEAD. How to deal with it: send bomber/at first and when ...

You can play with AI and there is a speed selection on right. That is one way to learn enought to adapt to speed.
Other option is to play with more players per map. like 2v2 on 1v1 map. The speed is same, but less frontline to pay attencion to, which is more manageable.
