Re: One piece of advice for rookies.....
Get your hands on a time machine to go back and stop Adolf Hitl.. start playing EE from the beta. Only sure way to gather enough combat experience to stand up against the battle hardened three war (game) veterans. So true. Thought for me at least I faced more or less only people on my level when I ...

Concentrate on learning how to play in the opening and go from there.

Re: how to deal with those 25 point spam
Personally I think that heli spam is a bit too powerful. But there are ways to deal with them. Firstly start with either a cheap scout helicopter or a plane. This is just so that you can see them and prepare for them. Secondly if there are buildings near your CV then put some manpads there. If not h...

Re: Focus Home Interactive... On EA's level???
What's that ? Consumers complaining the game they just buy being too similar to a previous one while the exact differences are plainly displayed on the product's page ? And, the process's name is the same as the said previous game ?? OMG, checkmate Illuminati Focus ! I 'm sorry, but that's pretty h...

Re: How to improve naval combat?
As many other have already said there are two ways of improving naval. 1: Major rework and lots of new ships. Basically making a naval game. But it is going to take a lot of development time and it is probably not going to synergise well with the rest of the game. Basically you are creating a game i...

Re: Focus Home Interactive... On EA's level???
I honestly do not know a lot about Focus or Eugen's business practices, but there does seems like there is a trend at eugen to try and make multiple games at the same time. That can be both a good thing and a bad thing. I fully understand that some parts of the gamme development process takes a lot ...

Re: "Back to WEE" Saturdays - JOIN US FOR AN EPIC REVIVAL

But most games went well, but I need to get better at countering heli spam.

Re: If Wargame mods where like ArmA's
MAPS MAPS MAPS MAPS MAPS MAPS MAPS!!!!! I would even sit down and learn how to mod just so I could add some nice maps. I may be in a minority but I like to play 1vs1 and out of the five (non naval) 1vs1 maps there is only one that is good! One freaking map! That is nothing! Add to that most 1vs1 gam...
