Re: Mi-24A Suggestion

I'd leave the Soviet Hinds the way they are now. USSR already have so many good infantry carrier options that adding another buff is not necessary. But for Pact/Red Dragon Hinds, sure, either change the crappy ATGM to more rocket pods or remove them and price decrease. Anything below Kokon is so atr...

Re: Survey about Act of Aggression

Still a bit early to say, but judging from the early stuff, no. Maybe I'll pick it up when it's -75% discounted. Why? I never liked the base building aspect of RTS. And the way AoA looks reminds me of very old school RTS games. And I never liked those. Not exactly raging about it, it's just not for ...

Re: The mentality issue and a small kind note to developers

I love the Wargame series but they way people set up MP lobbies in the game is killing my interest in the game. There is probably nothing new in my story, but just wanted to add this anyway.... I played every game in the series, I watch a lot of commentaries/streams (Firestarter being my favourite),...

Re: I can't help but wondering where are the ITALIANS?

An expansion or sequel focused on the Balkans would have been pretty cool. Alternative history scenarios could include Yugoslavia breaking up in early/mid 80's and the republic aligning themselves with different blocs, dragging them into a local non-nuclear war with brigade and division sized forces...

Re: Really wish you guys would patch the campaign...

Odd, I did all the campaigns by abusing save? The new DLC campaign has saves disabled. Missions are all 20 minutes or so, so it isn't much of a problem in terms of time commitment. In regular campaign missions, some of them can take up to a couple of hours or more, especially missions like 1914 Aga...

Re: W:EE finalized?

Oh c'mon. Even tanks retreat from the pure sight of 3-4 vehicles that cant even harm them. And no, when you panic you dont decide to run into the open, why would you do that? The whole movement behaviour looks more random than anything else. As far as i remember we were talking about inf and not ta...

Re: US Mortars and Delta force

Oh and in case it wasn't clear, I don't think any side is better than the other. Just that Deltas are a good unit and mortars a very good one, with Pact having their own lovely gear.

Re: Soviet/WP tanks.

The pricing comparison of mass produced tank with present economies of scale, that has been in production for a while and of an all new tank is not representative (the comparison done by Zaloga). For example comparison of T72 Ural and T64A would lead to the same result, T72 would be more expensive....

Re: Soviet/WP tanks.

Well this is the problem when designing a tactical game. How do you factor in the fact that often the best solution was not always used. Or that a solution which is very good on paper fails in combat situations. The numbers they had for the early T64s and T80s in that book by Zaloga are shocking. In...
