Re: How does city combat work?
Cheers, I was playing as France so I had no mud moving aircraft, however what types of munitions would work well? Iron bombs, cluster bombs or Napalm?

Re: How does city combat work?
Full platoons as in groups of 40?
And for hitting the exact building I guess its easier with the pinpoint accuracy, but now another question.
I had infantry two districts over still catching fire from moto in the heart of the city. How do I counter that?

How does city combat work?
Was playing a game against a few friends on Alesund. With the city on the middle I had layered defences of about 1 squad of Legion in each city region on India. I also had 3-4 roaming about as well as mortars in the backfield. My friend spammed Motostrelci with Topas' so I had 12 squads total of it ...

Re: Help me use Pact Tanks better
I mostly play 3v3 and 4v4. Now when I use T-72s I almost always bring in base t-72s unvetted (I don't normally vet units other then atgm teams/carrier). I have had some success using the T-72B to anchor a defensive line. However I've also started using the cheap german T-72s to bolster defences alon...

Help me use Pact Tanks better
In particular the T-72 and Kpzr-T72 series. Mainly if someone could give me a quick rundown on general uses of the tanks of the Pact side. Not sure why but since the patch I can't seem to get a hang for Pact tanks (admittedly during the Heavy Meta I couldn't either). Basically right Now I focus on b...

Re: Help against Nato Auto-Cannon spam
Thanks for all the tips everyone. I will try to put these into my gameplay more often. Just wondering though, if I am spread too thin and low on points (we had 1000pts to start), barring retreating to a better position and leaving a gaping hole in our lines, how can I remedy this? Both of my teammat...

Help against Nato Auto-Cannon spam
Ok I'm at a loss. Last 8 games I've played in 3v3 or 4v4 I always seem to draw the short end of the stick and am forced to be spread too thin to hold anything. Obviously this is a problem, but the frustrating part is that of the 8 games, 5 of them have seen Nato players just spamming marders and luc...

Re: [guide] Choosing your PACT infantry
When I do so, I generally have tanks and atgm sitting on the outskirts with things like MotostrelKi in the middle. What if your opponent does the same ? Avoiding every forest with a margin of 2600m around will not let you many places to go I think. You can always go for artillery but the bigger the...

Re: [guide] Choosing your PACT infantry
Hmm.. I'm thinking I might just discard the VDV entirely then. I dont use them a whole lot and I might get better use out of an LAAD team.. thanks for all the help!
