WG4 Vision: What works, what doesn't, what needs improved?

So the point of this thread, if WG4 did come out what should it look like? My 'vision' is that there should be no single/uncounterable meta, as many options are viable. mechanics are easy to understand, Interface is intuitive, units are balanced, match making to prevent stacking. feel free to discus...

Re: About the promised buffs to RD

I Disagree with "WG:RD being at the least level of balance of the last 2 years" yes there are some issues with DLC pricing etc. I think the DLC have added nice variety. Especially for RedFor. Most peoples default choice is Russia. if you like SF or Shock Inf, NSWP. If you like to punish y...

Re: Realism, win conditions

tbh I don't really understand the win conditions / rules? i'll try but correct me when i'm wrong "win condition of killed peoples" ^is that not just destruction "max number depending on the "nation/coalition" and "type" of desk, which would be personal for each pla...

Re: Wargame 4 petition

Is the change.org really necessary? isn't that website used more for legal /governing, issues? I'm a big fan of the Wargame series, & I would like to see a WG4 be made. but i think a petition makes the community look like a toddler having a tantrum. All video games have a life span. at the end t...

tRifling Issues

Excuse the very bad pun. (I am not a gun expert in any way or form) So got a few questions a bout Rifles. mainly about ones adopted by the military. So the timeline of rifles. post WW2, the main rifle caliber was 7.XX, like FAL, G3, M14, AK-47 In 60s? 5.56/5.45 calibre rifle was the new trend. like ...

Re: Map: Strait to the Point (Why so popular?)

I do not try to comprehend the superior beings that inhabit 10v10 games on 1v1 maps; that way madness lies Or why I see Meme units like "Flying Motoschutzen" only on Mud Fight. Mudfight is the playground of Tactical games; although surprisingly no one uses no income settings. :shock...

Re: WG4 decks + gameplay discussion

This isn't a gameplay vs realism argument. This is an appeal to reasonableness. You keep saying that they need to work on minors as if there is a way to make them comparable to supers, and the only way to do that is to artificially nerf supers. Poland does not have a tank= to the m1a2, or a fighter...

Re: About the promised buffs to RD

I feel all this post and similar ones are a giant speculative circle jerk, I mean no word from any EUG member on the forums since the last patch, no acknowledgement of WG:RD being at the least level of balance of the last 2 years due to red and blue cancer DLCs, nothing on the (absurd) pricing of t...
