I disagree with you on every "didn't work" point. [*]The game being about a single battle. It provides for a much better and more focused experience in my opinion. Less gimmicky gameplay without out of place units, unicorns or compromises everywhere. Also a +1 for the immersion or history ...

Haven't read the modding documentation, but if the game handles ingame sound the same way as in previous games, any sounds you add must be in 44.1 kHz, 16 bit mono or you will face crashes.

Works fine for me with my GPU from 2013 at almost a constant 72 fps. It is approaching 100% almost all the time though. Some GPUs appear to have more problems than others, let them know yours. Also, BETA.

No. The crew bailed out for a reason, whether it was a broken tread or an ammo storage on the verge of exploding. Whatever it was, make the abandoned vehicle completely non-functional and as if it was destroyed. Having it still appear to be alive is just confusing and annoying.

At the same time though, making sure that any division could face up against any other would just give better gameplay. Wouldn't want to play a 10v10 and discover that the opponent in my "lane" has an insta-GG-inducing hard counter to my entire division.

It does seem strange to have 1v1 be the gold standard when teamplay and 10v10 has been a staple marketing thing of Eugen for so long.

That being said, loads of already-on-map bunkers, pillboxes and entire strongpoints with kill zones would be fantastic scenery and useful gameplaywise at the same time.
