Re: Since WG support will soon be over, i was thinking into switching to SD.
Phase gameplay - Many units could become useful Completely disagree on it being a good thing. The phase system forces you to take units for each phase. In my eyes it is a lazy way to balance certain openers and certain units, e.g. oh a super heavy is too strong? Well now you are just unable to buy ...

Re: Since WG support will soon be over, i was thinking into switching to SD.
Despite all the criticism I really like the deck system of SD. Imo it would be a great addition to wargame and to get much more use out of the different deck types and units. Delte the ERA nonsense and set 1986 as the current year. Move the focus of action back to central europe. And now take the ad...

Re: Remember, remember ... June 22th 1944
1) That's actually no denial ;) Denials from me are usually seen as a Maskirovka , non-denials as a confirmation. I lose every time. ;) But if you really want, I can officially state that we aren't working on a Bagration DLC ... Sad! But then there seems to be another USSR DLC. There are a lot of h...

Re: Remember, remember ... June 22th 1944
Oparation Bagration DLC officially announced. If each almanac post I've made had translated into a DLC, we would have done the Napoleonic & Indochina battles I'm longing for for a long time by now. ;) 1) That's actually no denial ;) 2) Indochina DLC confirmed (hard to believe they'll add Napole...

Re: Remember, remember ... June 22th 1944
Today, 73 years ago, started the "other" June 1944 major offensive, the one which will destroy the Wehrmacht for good: Operation Bagration (named after a Russian napoleonic general killed at the battle of Borodino in 1812). http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pKRzRPI0zXM/UEm9fK9eD6I/AAAAAAAAF84/yWk...

Nice work.
Could be sticky, before this thread makes it way into nowhere and nobody will know that such a tool exists.

Re: How to push/advance as the US
LPVTA1s plus Marines ist imo the best thing US has to offer in inf departement. I also like LAV-Ms, but that's maybe just because I like wheeled stuff.
You have a serious lack of AP, so you have to use your mortars a lot to get around enemy armor and push with Longbows and M1A2s in the right moment.

Re: New Units Wishlist - New units that you want & can be added
Same about Su-35 which is actually a Su-27M, one could reroll the Su-27M to an ASF, remove the OOTF Su-27PU and change the MiG-29M to an ATGM multirole The 27PU/Su-30 was actually in production before the Su-35. Intro dates are misleading and in most cases they refer to early series aircraft. A few...
