You should open you installed program list and uninstall the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86)" (not the x64).
Then, reinstall it using the following installer : {YOUR_STEAM_LIBRARY}\SteamApps\common\Wargame Red Dragon_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012\vcredist_x86.exe

We have juste moved the main server due to some hardware issues. If you want to keep your old servers, you will have to restart them and replace "+port_mms 10804" in the command line with "+ip_mms 178.32.126.73 +port_mms 10002".

When you have installed another driver, have you checked the "clean install" to be sure your old driver is no more used ?

Can you try these steps :
- Open the file c:\Users\{YOUR_USERNAME}\Saved Games\EugenSystems\WarGame3\Option.ini with a text editor.
- Change the value of GraphicAPI (you can use value from 0 to 2).
- Restart the game
If it doesn't solve your issue, please try to rename this file.

@Tanguero : Some others players have a crash on win10 due to an incompatibility with the software DisplayLink. Can you check if you have it and try to uninstall it ? (it fixed the crash for other players)
