Re: Any way to get Gabreski and Wittmann?

As a completist, I would pay a small amount of cash to get them...sadly it does not look like Eugen is going to release them. Not sure why...

Re: Hindsight 20/20: If you were Eugen...

For my two cents, I'd liked Eugen to have: 1. stuck more rigidly to timeframe 'rules'. If it's a Cold War game, don't include stuff from the 90s. Or don't market it as a Cold War game... 2. depicted Asia more accurately. I know there were reasons of time and resources for not modelling each countrie...

Re: Wargame Scale and Time Frame Getting Too Stretched?

+1. I got into W:EE because of the Cold War feel; RD ditches that in favour of some 90s mashup. Next game, tighter focus!

Re: [ANNOUNCEMENT] Wargame Learning Program!

This is a great idea! I've barely touched multiplayer, so some help on what to do would be really appreciated. Is there an English-speaker available on Sat, Sun or Mon at about 2 a.m. UTC? I'd love to learn how to play properly...

Re: Campaign Discussion Thread

Really disappointed by the level of storytelling and immersion in W:RD. I loved EE, with separate briefings for each mission and a real Cold War feel to it, with very few prototype units unless you wanted them unlocked. The pop-up briefing guys didn't do much for me at all. Lack of a voice actor for...

Re: Is RD dying for want of a tutorial?

IMHO,a W:EE styled beginner campaign would have done wonders for player Retention. So much YES +1, I've pretty much given up on RD thanks to the lack of single-player content and steep learning curve. The campaign just drops you in at the deep end, rather than EE's more structured approach. The tex...

Rejected scenarios for Wargame

Seeing as we're getting a look at the nations and vehicles that didn't make the cut for Wargame, how about a look at the alternate history ideas that didn't make it? I think there were originally 12 campaigns planned for RD - what were the ones we didn't see?
