The NW:AC forum was smaller and it was even more of a niche genre (it sill suffered from the british derailment epidemic though ;) ) than W:RD so naturally it was a bit more civil. enjoyed the discussions on that forum even if the game itself... meh. Thank you, this forum needs a little bit less agg...

Thank you, thank you. I wasn`t saying that the Bora was the only unit of its kind or that it is unique in any way. But if you compare it to many other units that are probably going to feature in RD it is certainly quite interesting and relatively unique. Oh, and 8 Moskits beats 8 Exocets. :mrgreen:

There aren't loads of corvettes featuring AshMs, SAMs etc. who can reach 55 knots though.

I just had a thought, how would large destroyers work with only 3 weapon slots? If you take the Udaloy 2, you have a dual cannon, SS-N-22 missiles, SA-N-9 missiles and CIWS (plus the ASW equipment which I guess will be redundant in W:RD). So maybe there will be a higher weapons count in RD?

My jaw dropped when I read "Destroyers". Dual 130mm cannons will lead the way for my assaults in the future!
