FYI Xeno F-104's from the F-104C onward had RWR fitted (APR‑25/26), including all the RDAF ones, additionally some carried the APR-37D/ARP-45D starting from cca. 1974-1975, a number of regular star fighers where converted to this type, along with the majority of F-100D's its interesting to note that...

Re: Wished Dreams Mod V0.5.1 "Clear Skies Patch"

Nice. So I just make a standard skin, but with a very dark green ? Do you now which way inscription were written (like "Vi ejer natten"), and written or with some sort of "font" ? it's too small to get into the texture sheet and still be readable in game, think numberplate sized...

Re: Wished Dreams Mod V0.5.1 "Clear Skies Patch"

@Liare : http://theminiaturespage.com/boards/msg.mv?id=282496 Interestingly, some recce Leopards and M41s were painted a very cool all-black scheme . Some Leopard-equipped tank battalions in the late 1980s also experimented with a sort of 'Astroturf' coating on all flat surfaces of the tank (flocke...

Re: Wished Dreams Mod V0.4.1 Glorious Soviet Airborne Fixed for v626

TOW Defender Didn't Denmark use the cayuse? Cayuse = Defender = Loach Cayuse = Defender = Loach Cayuse is the name of the civilian version, while Defender is the military one (or one of them). neither of these is true. the Cayuse is the OH-6A, the Loach is the nickname it earned in Vietnam, mostly ...

Re: Wished Dreams Mod V0.4.1 Glorious Soviet Airborne Fixed for v626

Draken with Bullpups instead of rockets, 20mm Fennec, TOW Defender and the Home Guard (HJV) armaments are the worst offenders to be honest. i know that the whole "SMG MILITIA!" bit is pretty awesome, but the reality is that they carried, and carry, the same equipment as a line company and ...

Re: Wished Dreams Mod V0.4.1 Glorious Soviet Airborne Fixed for v626

i just had a gander trough the unit list for the first time in quite a while, the US LAV-AT without the turret is pretty damn close, and you can remove those without editing models, cant you ?

Re: Wished Dreams Mod V0.4.1 Glorious Soviet Airborne Fixed for v626

no, it was considered too expensive, there was some discussion about putting HS.820's on the M113's in the early 1980's apparently (no paper documentation for that one) but nothing came of it obviously. but it makes sense from a doctrine perspective, both M113's and Trucks where supposed to transpo...
