insufficient range feature?

Has anyone found the feature what enables the units not firing targets what's armor can't be penetrated?

I would like to disable that feature so every unit would engage any unit from any range like it was in old european escalation.

Please write a simple guide what you have done, so other modders can implement it to their mods and give credit to you. (This would be nice from every modder to explain to community how to do something so everyone can enjoy from improvements).

Well the happy thing is that you can adjust artillery and mortars firing habit between smoke and HE. At least you can set the unit fire only single smoke and set smoke to have different properties as it is different weapon. Example I did exactly that in my mod that smoke is fired to much larger area...

How exactly does the Regen ratio work? I assume that each one is for each morale step, but their numerical differences seem to be quite dramatic. The top one presumably is Panic, and has the lowest number. The bottom one has 32-point-something. Is this just a "Higher the better" thing, wh...
