Re: Faustmann Balance Mod Announcement

Ah, curious to see how far you are willing to go.

Sad to see the focus is, as always, on coalitions, but meh. Not like this mod will be used otherwise than during turnaments (too much effort).

Eugene should add it as "Opt-In Beta" through the Steam-Client ( ;

Re: Hinds with 16 missiles, and maybe more..

95$-100$ with 8x 22 AP Kokon-M would already be a great improvement, plus some S-80. Available to Mot/Mech/Airb. Basically the USSR Mi-24VP (90$) with 4 more Kokon-M.

Re: Hinds with 16 missiles, and maybe more..

Giving GDR a proper AT Helicopter was part of my "Metafying the DDR" suggestions. So I'm all for that :P

Re: Suggestion: DDR BMP-1 back to 10 points

I think the BMP-1 is a lost cause really. For DDR it was fine at 10$, considering it has absolutely no fire-support vehicles worth anything, but for EB it maybe wasn't.

I think it's more important to get the SPz BMP-2 back to 15$.

Re: The Non-Soviet Worst Pact Fine-Tuning Thread.

Infantry- Can spam the 15pts shock troop with 10pts IFV. Eyrx SF, only think is weaker is LSTR and Grom manpad. The latter isnt really much of a gap since Yugo's IR AA are fantastic. (Currently) base Proleteri are quite a bit worse than Mot. Schützen though. Can you elaborate on this? Do they lose ...

Re: Should DDR Leave Eastern Bloc?

If NK+USSR was overpowered, DDR+USSR will be even more so, so no, absolutely not. If I was god and could go back in time and give Eugene unlimited resources, I'd also ask them to leave away the coalition system as now and instead flesh out each nation much more. And then maybe add some kind of "...

Re: The Non-Soviet Worst Pact Fine-Tuning Thread.

On topic. Giving T72S1 to mech was not that good of an idea... I think it was a great idea! Should just be DDR only though, not available to EB (They already got the Wilk) It's neiter bad or great. T-72S1 doesn't add or remove anything for mech, aside from DDR national deck which no one realy plays...

Re: [Now in Red Dragon] FINLAND

The better stats for the Mot. Schützen '90 Carbine and LMG never made sense from realism perspective. It was done to have a counterbalance against West-German Terminators and to give East-Germany something special (at all). Honestly fine with standarising it, as long as the DDR gets better AT weapon...

Re: The Non-Soviet Worst Pact Fine-Tuning Thread.

Careful, they will end up reducing the number for the BMP-1 SP2 with the Malyutka. ( ;
