Re: Upgrades for Navy Seals and Formozas.

The most unique buff that Formoza and SEALs can get would be to replace their MG with some form of AT, like a Charlie G for SEALs along with a RPG-22 for Formoza, and then swap the AKM on SEALs for a CAR-15 with Carbine stats and you would find that both of these units are now useful, even at their...

Re: All those WWII units, tho

The Japanese had quite a selection of aircraft. However, air combat as represented by Wargame wouldn't really work at all in a WWII setting. It would just come down to which fighter has the higher burst mass (DPS), as aircraft just fly at each other and shoot. It is 99% head-ons. Regarding aircraft...

Re: All those WWII units, tho

Japanese AT sucks, so they get top-attack infantry mortar. No real reason and I wouldn't mind dropping the idea Poland also has a 46mm grenade launcher with similar range to the knee mortar. I would put the Japanese HEAT clusters on the Ki-43. It lacks the guns to really dogfight and would be great...

Re: All those WWII units, tho

Also, the 'knee-mortar'/2" mortar/insane-Italian-Rube-Goldberg-mortar definitely shouldn't get top attack. There's no way in hell you could drop those on armour with any accuracy. Just make them AoE, 1 HE and high suppression in fire support squads and give them the smoke trait, they'll see pl...

Re: All those WWII units, tho

Well, overall not really but Wargame's "All the cool stuff in one reinforced Battalion" deck building would mean that you could have a card of Semovente 90/53s and a card of Lancia 90/53s in the vehicle tab and a couple of cards of towed 90/53s in the support tab. That should be a reasona...

Re: All those WWII units, tho

The Italians used the Soloturn 2000 AT rifle, anti tank grenades, molotov cocktails and AT mines. Thanks, but the Soloturn AT rifles are too large for anything other than dedicated FIST/AT teams and lack the penetration to be usable past 1941-42. Anyway, here's my best guess as to anti-tank weapons...

Re: All those WWII units, tho

I've actually put way too much effort into thinking about this for a guy who doesn't even play the ALB or RD. Flamethrowers are out, infantry mortars are in, and pretty much all artillery is under the SP HAWK rule I have the Allies as: US UK Russia Commonwealth (Canada + ANZAC) Free Forces (France, ...

Re: MG rebalance complete list

So magazine fed MGs can fire at cyclic rate and shoot faster than belt feds.

Seems legit.
