Why just don't buff all inaccurate ATGM crap? This works fantastically for low-end ATGMs, but when you try to buff the 70% accuracy TOW-2, things become a bit ridiculous..... I'm trying to put fresh air between tanks and ATGMs of the same generation by going the other way, because I'm tired of 1 sh...
