You can field next to a hundred tank with 9AP HEAT but just 4 tanks that are relevant to the tank meta because FLAVOR. What does this have to do with what I said? And why should they be competitive when there army wasent? The whole thing is a representation of a nations army in said time period and not a moba. Wargame isn't realistic, it's meant to be balanced competitively and acceptably fair . Different nations different flavors and way to play them. That'...

Obviously volume + cartridge size would likely make a difference, but sparse .50BMG near misses are going to have a much more severe effect than sub-sonic 9mm plunking into the ground. Massive price reductions (across the board for unarmed recon really) and availability increase. Maybe even increase stealth of any recon vehicle that has an MG or no weapon at all.

Make DPRK infantry a step faster by default/less affected by terrain penalties for movement? May not be as nice as training but would still differentiate them nicely I've been trying to offer that sort of thing for them and other maneuver warfare style infantry for over a year now, I'd love to see ...
