Re: Swedish Bias

While not all cases may be good examples, I feel there's a certain value in balancing with "Side X can get feature A cheaper than side Y, while side Y has some other advantage to make up for it". If Norway is supposed to be infantry-strong, it makes sense that Norwegian infantry not only h...

Re: Norway DLC units

So the 1A5No should have no armor buff but the NO2 should? Damn I was thinking about 11 armor, and we will get 10 at max. Broken dream. The 1A5NO[upgraded 1NO] would sadly not be all that much better armoured than Leopard 1NO's; the 1A5NO[upgraded NO1] has the same turret and hull as the NO1,...

Some norwegian player could trad th...

Re: Norway DLC units

As a Norwegian Norway player, I realise I'd be shooting myself in the foot, but it would be neat to have the Leopard 1A1NO actually be a Leopard 1A1A2 with a laser rangefinder, rather than the current strangeness it is that's better than a Leopard 1A2 and worse than a Leopard 1A4 - and then give Nor...

Re: Norway DLC units

All I have to go by is the Soldaten i felt infantry manual from 1985, but the way it is phrased, a PØP is not an organizational or administrative unit, but it is an operational unit in the sense that when it has been formed by the commander of a unit, it is given orders as a fighting element. Wargam...

Re: Norway DLC units

I read through this thread, and couldn't find anything on this subject, so I hope that I'm not needlessly repeating what other people have suggested: I have a weakness for authenticity (which is one of the reasons I like Wargame ), and on the operational level Norwegian infantry is somewhat lacking ...
