I also think making AoA reboot a separate MP focused game that costs 10$ and earns money like CS:GO would work well. As for spamming, in AoA spam only starts happening when you have 3 refinery, a 1-2 banks and couple of infinite resource buildings (and you spent most money on upgrades and teched up...

Never had any either (in wargames and AoA), the only reason I can think of is that someone cheated and the anti-cheat created a whole new time-space continuum to lock the cheater in. Sometimes it happens when the game lags severely. The only way ive avoided them is instantly quit games that are lag...

See ? This is exactly what I said. Chimera is basically outplayed in anyway if someone rush. Rush is too viable and cause half the player to surrender within the 5 first minutes of the game if they are Chimera (otherwise vipers and javelins can get ride of them). I want to see all damage halved and attack speed x2. It would give illusions of a faster game, it would make units that shoot slow but do lots off damage less powerful in their alpha strike but also help them with overkill problems in late game. I don't know if such a broad change would fix anythin...

The problem isn't the viability of such tactic, i think its quite crap tbh. I have tried it myself, any slight attack to your main base and your dead. Its more if new/noobs are struggling with it, if that is the case then increase its cost slightly or make it require a support bay or anything really...

Yeah, there should always be cheap spammable units, like humvees, infantry, ACCEs, pumas. Really its all about balance. Not sure if sarcastic or not. I don't think spamming units is a real problem itself if you can counter it. For instance in the old AoA you could counter tanks blob with NLOCS, tur...
