And why nations are supposed to be balanced at all? There were two superpowers: USA and USSR. Other nations were no more than satellites, auxillaries. "National" decks are just for fun and atmosphere as well as 1970-s deck. I don't believe national decks will be widely used in tournaments...

what you are talking about is called a "desync". it's a rare issue that can happen in almost every multiplayer game, but i agree that it seems to happen way, waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too frequent in ALB skirmishes
