Re: That new patent from Activision

Spot on Shrike, SFKnv1YzI3k It's alarming how big AAA publishers are now making a little over 50% of their profits via microtransactions instead of selling video game copies... Microtransactions accounted for 54% of Activision's total revenue in 2016 according to George. Sheeps herded by wolves mate...

Re: World news thread

So you conveniently cut my other replies after I posted the videos. Not fishy at all right  I showed you evidence, then you go on about I need to show more, burden of proof fallacy etc... You also don’t even bother to read the links I shared. In the previously shared "below the turret ...

Re: World news thread

this is what your report sais according to google translate: On the other hand, a Leclerc would have been definitively neutralized by a direct shot of anti-tank guided missile. The hollow charge would have passed through the front of the tank at the cockpit killing the pilot and injuring the tank c...

Re: World news thread

so either the driver had his hatch open and got killed by the blast or the atgm actually penetrated and the rest of the crew got lucky. also note that all the ammo cook offs have been due to hits from the side or rear to the ammo rack. I suppose you’re asking about the Emirati Leclerc and not the T...

Re: World news thread

There's a significant difference in survivablity when you start talking about 15-20+ tons of weight difference. Also, my biggest fear isn't from ATGMs, which are what you are referencing (and with piss poor "evidence" to back up your claims for that matter). There's all sorts of ways of d...

Re: World news thread

Soviets had ERA and APS systems back in Afghanistan. But to argue that any tank is immune to ATGM's is stupid, all modern tanks have been penetrated by modern day ATGM's, some are more survivable than others, but none are immune. I'm not arguing that any MBT is immune to ATGMs I just don't agree on...

Re: World news thread

Please tell me you have more than one case to reference for this, because otherwise I'm going to outright dismiss it. Also, exactly where was it hit? Correction, the one suffering an ammunition cook off was hit on the turret bustle from upper ground. There's two other Abrams being hit on this video...

Re: World news thread

Fast Forward 2015, M1A2s, Leopard 2A4s, T-90s and Merkava IVs (2006 Lebanon) are literally getting blown up by Soviet era ATGMs. Many suffering catastrophic damage with ammunition cook offs, turret pops and all. Yet a Leclerc could take a frontal Kornet ATGM hit with no structural damage and was qu...

Re: World news thread

T-14 Armata is nothing but a technology demonstrator by now, Uralvagonzavod is barely afloat, Russian Regime threw them a lifeline by buying more T-72 B3/4 because they cant afford T-14. I think they always bullshitted with the T-14 Armata's price range, being 6 million USD an unit tops, I guess it ...
