I thought the DDR Tung/Nork BTR-80A availability levels were justified in that they're both late Soviet exports. Then we should be able to get confirmation for that easily. But an increased availability for the GDR Tunguska would really help Eastern Block. So I don't see how it would be an issue. W...

it doesn't mean mortars need nerfs just because they do their jobs. I highly recommend you to actually look into a mortar manual. Because there is not a single mentioning of one actually being able to reduce the combat value of tanks (besides making the crew close hatches). I think you'll find an 1...
