Re: The Canadian Armed Forces in RD

I doubt it. non tandem HEAT warhead are easily countered by modern armor. And a tungstem flechette randomly flying around doesn't impress me at all. I didn't know you were an expert on Canadian air force weapons, considering the actual accuracy of these rockets I don't doubt it at all, I wouldn't c...

Re: The Canadian Armed Forces in RD

This new antitank warhead could penetrate a Soviet T-72 main battle tank armour from any attack angle. Further study into this effect led to the WDU-5002/B FAT warhead, Flechette Anti-Tank, containing five tungsten-reinforced steel flechettes that could penetrate a T-72's side and top armour at a d...

Re: Air Force considers scrapping entire A-10 fleet.

If they had a good successor, it would be an intelligent choice since they are old. But they don't have any. The F35 will be a terrible CAS aircraft with his low payload and range. Or you can't sacrifice the stealth by placing munitions on the pylons which makes me wonder why they would waste so muc...

Re: The Canadian Armed Forces in RD

HEAT rockets are OP. They even destroy T-72BU and everything they want, whenever they want. High Explosive Anti-Tank, kills tanks, does its job, I see no problem here With 2 AP, they would only do superficial damage. The whole HEAT modelling in this game is wrong. The current game mechanic for them...

Re: The Canadian Armed Forces in RD

Hahaha, oh god, Canada's going to be completely worthless in this game. I'll stick to ANZAC please. Mmmkay bud, have fun with your 8 armour Leopards and no gunships. They're the best you've got. I see some 14 armour leopards, and helicopters with CRV7 rockets. I think you should check your facts be...

Re: M1A2 killed CHINA ( M1A2 IS OP )

The fact that you continue to try to "disprove" an obvious troll of the OP betrays your lack of humour, though. How Gallic. Maybe you should rework your own sense of humour sir. We had a huge amount of fun staging the screenshot. The simple fact of seeing a PG-9 destroying a huge amount o...

Re: Add "Mobile Houses"

Really though, it's clear that what's happened is that EUGEN have come across the English phrase 'A man's home is his castle' and realising that all of France's war defeats to England can be attributed to this philosophy have decided to incorporate it into the fundamental fabric of the game. Like w...

Re: Chinese Units in Wargame Red Dragon

I was just looking through Wiki at Chinese equipment, is China missing its Type 69 and Type 79 tanks too? Or have I overlooked something, is wiki wrong or what? Type 69 was mostly an export success, but was adopted very lately and limited numbers by China. The PLA was simply not satisfied by the im...

Re: Chinese Units in Wargame Red Dragon

Please. Please keep the sh*tposting in this thread to a minimum. It seems like China's transport options are slightly overpriced as well compared to the DPRKs: The ZSL-56 costs 10 points, while the similiar NK BTR-152 costs 5 points. I dont believe this is deliberate. Was this already reported? In ...
