Re: Inquiry: Why does WRD not have a standardized unit naming system?

... Yeah, using local names is great and using english to pronounce of kanji characters is the best way to do it, but its inconsistent. Instead of using english word for Tan-SAM short arrow it should've been Tan-SAM chikaku ya or hachi-ju ichi shiki SAM, and for Guntank it should've been hachi-nana...

Re: Maybe the USMC was right to go with the M103?

The Rarden was 30mm because that's what we had at the time - ammo was standard HE/AP shot until the late 80s, reloading is noted as a pain in the butt-ocks - https://www.arrse.co.uk/wiki/Rarden The BMP-3 could also fire at longer ranges, probably further than necessary in most cases - +1 also L21A1...

Re: Inquiry: Why does WRD not have a standardized unit naming system?

As stated above it's to give units distinction between each other.

It's so bad how they named japan, hachi-maru shiki instead of Type 89 or Kyu-maru shiki instead of Type 90 but when comes to AA they used nicknames like Guntank, it makes it so confusing.

Denmark and Norway don't have naval infantry in the naval tab

Denmark and Norway don't have any infantry in the naval tab. The only nation in the Scandinavian Coalition that can use naval infantry is Sweden. While every other nation ingame have infantry in their naval tab and they can be transported by ships. Is this a oversight by Eugen or bug?

Re: Bug/Inconsistency Thread.

- Norway and Denmark don't have any infantry at all in the naval tab.
- Netherlands Bo-105 SNEB has 20km/h more speed than all other Bo-105s
- Leichte Schützen should be 30 km/h like other shock light infantry
- F-16A Block I should have 350 turn radius like all other F-16 fighters
