Lynx prototype is the true gem in this deck. Hella' fast and destroys all other helicopters with ease. PACT has fast helos too (with good weapons) but they're not as powerful as the Lynx (in helo vs helo combat) and cost like twice as much. And this was the reason why I only played UK in city maps. ...

There need to be more useful mediums (the god-awful Patton line for instance) but there are already quite a few mediums that can do their job well and are most definitely worth their cost.

Well now that PACT heavy tanks been buffed (including certain units that didn't even need any), I'm fine with bumping the challenger (perhaps +1 armor, +5cost ?).

I don't know and yes it's a shame because I really like to play WGermany (love them marder1a3's) and they were very, very close to being competitive to PACT (maybe even USSR in some maps).
