They were disgustingly OP that's why. Could do everything on top of being the only AA that's practically immune to artillery.

Re: New patch (v1442)

Looks all good! I love you Eugen :)

EDIT:
all tank-fired ATGM's reload time modified to match with the main gun's RoF (but Sheridan, for technical issue)
WoW! Significant buff to PACT (USSR :P) tanks. Inb4 HATO storm.

Re: buk or osa's?

It's BUK's and Tunguska-M's and either of the following. Strela Biryusa OSA Why would you choose between BUK's and OSA's? BUK's are hard-hitting, long range SAM's far back in the line while OSA's are more like frontline skirmishers along with IGLA's. I personally rarely use BUKs myself in any non 10...

Horrible imbalance for no reason at all. Vulcan autocannons r*** anything in close range - even fast fighters like tomcats can do it - while the soviet counterparts struggles to take down 4hp choppers. Complete utter bull.

Re: T-72B Buff...(to make it a UNSTOPPABLE KILLER)

Also keep in mind the Czech T72 prototype also use Svir. So it isn't "just a buff for USSR". One less pointless unit doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be OP.

Re: Why the UK isn't very good. (2 Points, No fanboyism!)

I'd rebalance the activation points a little: US +2 FRG +4 France +5 UK +6 Sweden +6 GDR +8 POL +7 I don't think there's a huge difference between DDR and the other NSWP anymore. They've gotten some serious buffs last couple of patches / DLC, more than any other PACT nation. Sweden is another nation...

Re: Is exceptional optics worth it?

Yes they're worth it. Anything giving you any sort of advantage in information gathering is worth it. And when I put my 'exceptional optics' vehicle next to a 'very good' recon inf, there are usually substantial differences in spotting enemy units in bushes or buildings. It's (maybe) more important ...

Re: On Mixed vs National Decks - A Proposal (long post!)

I hate mixed decks (actually just mixed NATO) but I don't think all this is necessary. Only a couple of units are good candidates for prototypes. If too many units are taken out of mixed NATO, then balance will be f***** and you'd have to severely cripple USSR as previous posters pointed out.

Re: Let's discuss weapon toggling

I use this this all the time. And I've seen it mentioned multiple times here in the forums and seen it multiple times in game too.
