Nah, but they're probably not adding many if any new pre-1980 units.

Re: WRD as an addon under WAB?

It would require that they update ALB to the RD engine and mechanics, or in other words port over ALB content to RD. It's not exactly trivial especially since they're likely not designing it with that in mind since they have to our knowledge no plans of doing this.

Re: Extreme reckless driving

Those Humvees are actually going at 150 kph. All wheeled vehicles do that on roads, while tracked vehicles do 110 kph. Yes, a 25 kph I-Hawk gains magic powers and speeds away at 110 kph as soon as it meets a road. It's purely a gameplay thing, though it bugs me a little. Not from a realism perspecti...

Re: First press feedbacks about RD's presentation

That might be a limitation of the netcode. WEE had great troubles with 4v4, and occasionally choked even in 3v3 for no apparent reason. That's all been corrected in ALB but it wouldn't surprise me if normal (ie, peer-to-peer instead of client-server) games larger than 4v4 would run badly. Then again...

Some things did get cut from ALB. Off the top of my head: "Real" terrain as opposed to terraced, electronic warfare, in game tournament system, features for spectating and streaming.

Looks to me the actual hull shape is flatter, though.

Re: So the BTR-d series...

I posted about this in the beta. Unless there's some obscure super flat variant of the BTR-D around it's most definitely a modeling mistake.

Re: What's the problem with gunners models?

If EUGEN added all the little things like gunners for every gun in vehicles people would complain that their game has slowed to a crawl. I guess nobody ever wonders why they desync in MP. This is why game models, gunners or no, have poly budgets and why LODing is a thing. It seems like they just di...

Why? It'd probably just be rocket artillery with a bit of AP. They could tune the amount of damage as they like.
