i'd also like them to fix the unit formation feature where you hold rightclick and units take the stance and face the direction you tell them to. it was working flawlessly in beta but ever since release units dont face the direction anymore

one command i really really miss from C&C is the "scatter units" command that allows you to quickly disperse a group of units so that they are less prone to single area-of-effect/superweapon attacks

you make it sound like AoA looks ugly. why frostbyte? there's nothing wrong with AoA's engine or graphics. completely the opposite, the visuals and sounds are amazing already. if anything, AoA lacks more maps, good multiplayer and polish right now. it does not need a new engine. also your one-liner ...

all unit colors for ranked and team matches would be really nice and not just red-vs-blue :) it seems like a small (but important) thing to add but of course i dont know how much effort it will take Eugen to implement this

i dont understand what issue people have with the sturdy buildings in AoA. there are many combat units that are weak against structures... and then there are literally building killers , like artillery/mortar, napalm, Fennek, Scout CGS+flamer, Comanche/rocketpod helis, etc which tear down buildings ...
